Louis V. Pinkham
Chief Executive Officer
Joined the Company in April 2019, as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President of Crane Co. from 2016–2019; prior thereto, he served in other leadership roles at Crane Co. from 2012–2016. Prior to joining Crane Co., Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation. From 2000–2012, he held successive and increasing roles of global responsibility at Eaton. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Pinkham held an Engineering and Quality Manager position at ITT Sherotec and a Process Design Engineer position with Molecular Biosystems, Inc.
Robert J. Rehard
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Joined the Company in February 2015, as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and became Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rehard was a Division Controller for Eaton Corporation and held several other financial leadership positions throughout his career with Baxter, Emerson, Masco and Cooper. Mr. Rehard started his career with Deloitte in Costa Mesa, California.
Thomas E. Valentyn
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Joined the Company in December 2013, as Associate General Counsel and became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in May 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Valentyn was General Counsel with Twin Disc, Inc. from 2007–2013. From 2000–2007, he served as Vice President and General Counsel with Norlight Telecommunications; prior thereto he served as in-house counsel with Johnson Controls, Inc. from 1991–2000. He began his legal career with Borgelt, Powell, Peterson and Frauen in Milwaukee, WI.
Cheryl A. Lewis
Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Joined the Company in March 2020, as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lewis served as Segment Director, Human Resources for Illinois Tool Works Inc. from 2010–2020. Prior to joining Illinois Tool Works Inc., Ms. Lewis was Vice President, Human Resources with Alcan Packaging from 2008–2010. From 1991–2008, she held successive and increasing roles of responsibility, including Vice President, Human Resources, at Panduit Corporation.
John M. Avampato
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Joined the Company in April 2006 and became Vice President, Chief Information Officer in April 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Avampato was Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Newell Rubbermaid from 1999–2006. Mr. Avampato served in several positions for Newell Rubbermaid from 1984–1999.
Scott D. Brown
President, Commercial Systems
Joined the Company in August 2005 and became President, Commercial Systems Segment in June 2019. Prior to being promoted to his current position, Mr. Brown, in successive roles, served as Vice President, Business Leader of Commercial Motors, Vice President, Business Leader of Control Solutions, and Vice President, Manufacturing. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brown spent 17 years with General Electric in operations and various business leadership roles.
Jerry R. Morton
President, Integration, Motion Control Solutions
Joined the Company in February 2015 and became President – Integration, Motion Control Solutions in October 2021. Prior to being promoted to his current position, Mr. Morton served as President of the Power Transmission Solutions from 2019-2021, Vice President , Business Leader of Power Transmission Solutions from 2017-2019, and led the global operations for Regal's power transmission business from 2015-2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Morton spent 28 years with Emerson in a variety of roles in Quality, Technology, and Operations and was Vice President, Global Operations of Emerson's power transmission business at the time Regal Beloit Corporation acquired that business.
Kevin J. Zaba
President, Motion Control Solutions
Joined the Company in October 2021 as President, Motion Control Solutions Segment after the Company’s merger with the Rexnord Process & Motion Control Segment where Mr. Zaba held the title of Group Executive and President from 2014-2021. Prior to this, he held a number of leadership roles with increasing responsibility during his 24 year tenure at Rockwell Automation, including Vice President of Solutions, Services & Sales and Vice President and General Manager of the Control & Visualization products business. Mr. Zaba’s experience as a global business leader includes assignments across a variety of commercial, innovation, and operational roles, including a multiyear assignment leading an Asia-Pacific ETO solutions business while residing in Shanghai, China.
Justin D. Baier
Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
Joined the Company in February 2020 as Vice President, Business Development & Strategy. Prior to this, Justin held leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Fortive, including most recently as Vice President of Strategic Development. He also spent time with Whirlpool as the Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Prior to Whirlpool, Justin spent seven years with the Boston Consulting Group focused on advising multinational corporations on organic and inorganic growth strategy. He began his career with KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Gennaro J. Colacino
Vice President, Regal Rexnord Business System
Joined the Company in July 2020, as the Vice President of Regal Rexnord Business System. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Colacino was the President of Triumph Geared & Mechanical Solutions after being Corporate Vice President, Operational Excellence responsible for architecting and leading the Triumph Operating System. Prior to Triumph Group Inc., Mr. Colacino held P&L Leadership, Continuous Improvement and other leadership roles at L3Harris, Danaher and Raytheon Technologies (Pratt & Whitney). Mr. Colacino holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Roger Fei
President, China Pacific Region
Joined the Company 2015 as China President and became Regional President for the China Pacific region in 2018. Prior to joining Regal Rexnord, he worked at Tyco International (now part of JCI) and GE in various business and operational leadership roles, including sales, product management, continuous improvement, and general management. Mr. Fei also worked in Singapore and United States as part of his global and regional roles.
Yvette Henry
Vice President, Strategic Sourcing
Joined the Company in October 2022, as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Henry was the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Kennametal. Prior to this role, Ms. Henry served as Segment Director, Sourcing at Illinois Tool Works from 2014-2020. Ms. Henry has over 20 years of global sourcing and supply chain experience in the medical technology, automotive and personal care industries. Ms. Henry held various procurement and operations roles at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), Ford Motor Company and the Gillette Company. She started her career at Federal-Mogul Corporation. Ms. Henry graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University and received a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Alexander P. Scarpelli
Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Joined the Company in June 2022 as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and was appointed as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer in October 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Scarpelli was the Chief Accounting Officer for Access Clinical Partners, LLC. Prior to this role, Mr. Scarpelli served as the Assistant Controller for Dover Corporation from 2020 - 2022 and held successive and increasing roles of responsibility, including Director of Accounting Policy and External Financial Reporting, at Exelon Corporation between 2006 and 2020. Mr. Scarpelli started his career with KPMG in Chicago, IL.
