The Fasco motor part number begins with 70 or 71 and is 8 or 9 digits long (outlined in purple box).
Contact the OEM of the product or equipment in which the motor is installed or from which it has been removed for information about a suitable replacement.

Fasco motor model numbers begin with 70 or 71 and are 8 to 9 digits long. Morrill Motors® model numbers begin with SP and are 7 to 10 digits long. The date codes of these model numbers consist of 5 digits.

- 40 – Week of year
- 12 – Year of manufacture
This motor was manufactured in the 40th week of 2012.
Fasco motors that are manufactured in Thailand have model numbers beginning with 85 or 88 and are 11 digits long. The date codes of these model numbers consist of 10 digits.

Fasco motor and blower motor assembly model numbers begin with 70 or 71 and are 8 to 9 digits long. The date codes of these model numbers consist of 2 digits, a hyphen, and 3 digits.
