This module can handle everything from small polybags to boxes up to 30kg- all at rates up to 3,000 pph. The Divert and Transfer model can easily be integrated into existing traditional or motorized roller conveyor systems and is easy to maintain through minimum spare part requirements. It's made to optimize your sorting line in a quiet, low maintenance and energy-efficient way.
The ModSort Trident Mobile 3-Way Sorter is another innovative product from Regal Rexnord, with a unique design that allows packages of all types to be easily sorted by diverting left, right or straight on a 30-degree spur. It features both a dual-divert ModSort pre-justification zone and triple-divert sorting zone to successfully split the flow of product and increase depth of sortation -- and works well with cartons, polybags, flats and jiffy packs. The operation of the ModSort Trident works by gapping the product, scanning the package label, and communicating with WMS for the sort decision before it is diverted and transferred through one of the three sorting locations.
The ModSort Mobile Flats Sorter is another sortation solution, made to be adaptable to your operational needs. The Mobile Flats Sorter is an end-of-line sortation system with modular construction that allows additional sortation zones to be added or removed based on capacity requirements. It operates like the ModSort Trident but diverts to the left or right to an assigned destination. The Mobile Flats Sorter converts manual labor to automation, and is made for expanding sort capacity, secondary sorting, and eCommerce sortation.
