Integrity Line GDPR
The protection of your personal data is very important to Regal. The personal information about you and others that you share within Integrity Line will be processed for the sole purpose of establishing and investigating your claim and to take any disciplinary or administrative action Regal determines to be appropriate after concluding the investigation of your claim. Regal has a legal obligation to investigate any reports that allege violations of the laws and regulations to which Regal is subject (e.g., anti-bribery, anti-corruption, accounting and financial reporting standards, insider trading and fraud). However, Regal has a legitimate interest in investigating even those reports that do not allege violations of applicable laws and regulations in order to enhance transparency and promote good corporate governance principles. The personal information you provide in your report may be used by Regal for either of these purposes.
The smallest number of people within Regal reasonably required to appropriately investigate your claim will have access to the personal data you disclose through Integrity Line. The number of people with access to your personal data may vary depending on the seriousness of your claim, but will not exceed 10 for all but the most serious claims. A third party, Convercent, will also have access to your personal data for the purpose of facilitating the management of Integrity Line. The people having access to your data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and will access your data based on a strict need-to-know basis. Your personal data will be processed in the USA, where our headquarters are. Regal has signed an Intragroup Agreement to guarantee the security, confidentiality, resilience and availability of your data during this and other transfers within the Regal group that may be required for the investigation of your claim.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data: ; (1) you may request that Regal give you access to, update or erase your personal data, (2) you may object to the manner in which we are processing your personal data and notify us of processing restrictions, (3) you may exercise your right to data portability, or (4) you may file a complaint before a supervisory authority if you think that your data is not being processed according to European data protection law.
