Q-D bushings are available in standard sizes ranging from 1/2” - 7” bore range. Metric sizes are available in 24mm - 100mm bore range. These bushings are designed for use with available sheaves, sprockets and pulleys; dimensionally interchangeable with competitive Q-D bushings. Barrel taper is ¾”per foot.
This bushing accessory can accompany the Browning shaft mount reducer; TorqTaper Plus single bushing design. This accessory is designed to provide installation flexibility, improved performance and safety.
External key provides positive drive with no torque on the cap screws. Our split taper bushings offer high torque carrying capacity. Double split barrels improve true concentricity. The shaft is gripped with positive clamp fit with bore sizes ranging from 3/8” - 10” and metric sizes 10mm - 95mm bore.
Taper bore bushings are available in standard sizes 1/2” - 5” bore range. Set screw or caps crew act as external key. These bushings mount flush with driven product with no protruding flange. 1 ½” ft taper on barrel (not self-locking).
