Our annual customer engagement survey returns in July, and we’re excited to receive your open feedback. Your input matters to us. It drives our continuous improvement efforts and sparks innovation, so we can better serve you. Let’s take a moment to review the actions we’ve taken based on your suggestions.
To start, we’re hard at work innovating solutions that make it easy for you to get the job done. Learn about the latest by reading the final chapter in our three-part series on "New Products that Make It Easy.”
We are also excited to be partnering with Interlynx Systems to develop a sales management tool to enable us to share leads with our distributor partners. Our use of Interlynx will increase visibility into shared outcomes and insights that will ultimately strengthen our partnerships and grow our mutual business.
Furthermore, we have invested in specialized sales resources focused on growing new business and driving customer tailored initiatives. Our new Digital Sales Specialists will work closely with our District Sales Managers and strengthen our ability to serve our customers by increasing responsiveness, enhancing branch support and providing communication on Regal updates. Be on the lookout for new faces in our team as we ramp up.
In addition, we remain committed to continuously improving our digital tools and assets, including our website. We’ve already made great strides, but we’re not done yet. We are in the process of migrating our EDGE tools to regalbeloit.com, which will make it easier to interact and transact with us. The new EDGE will be faster, mobile-friendly, and facilitate better online ordering through our coming soon e-commerce platform on regalbeloit.com – stay tuned more to come on this!
Plus, we are creating a comprehensive competitor cross-reference tool, which leverages data from our EDGE tools to allow users to quickly interchange competitor parts to Regal versions.
Regal PTS is proud to offer Repair, Rebuild, Recertify services. We provide installation assistance on gear reducers and conveying equipment to help get facilities up and running. We also repair and refurbish damaged or worn PTS gearing products. Additionally, our re-certification program for high-performance Kop-Flex® couplings ensures reliable operation of critical rotating equipment at a fraction of the time and cost of buying new.
