In your recent feedback, you indicated you like our quality, innovative products, our attentive customer service agents and our knowledgeable district sales managers. The feeling is mutual as our team likes to help you achieve your goals. We’ve also launched several new products to make it easy to reduce nuisance maintenance and keep production running. To keep you informed on our industry innovations, we kicked off a new webcast series called “Cracking the Code: Get More out of your PT”. Earlier this year, Regal launched a new tool for distributors called the Product Information Portal (PIP). PIP is a license based self-service tool containing product attributes, images, and other enhanced content for the full portfolio of Regal Rexnord products. You also indicated we need to continue to raise the bar on product availability, responsiveness and customer service. While we believe we have made strides here, we continue to focus on these areas as we strive for best in class performance with programs like our Availability Program, Proactive Shipment Notification Program and expedite services.
