Louis V. Pinkham
Chief Executive Officer
Louis Pinkham joined Regal Rexnord Corporation (formerly Regal Beloit Corp.) on April 1, 2019, as the Chief Executive Officer, and joined the Board of Directors on May 1, 2019. Regal Rexnord Corporation, with approximately $6 billion in sales and 30,000 employees, is a global leader focused on Creating a Better Tomorrow with Sustainable Solutions that Power, Transmit, and Control Motion.
Prior to Regal Rexnord, Louis joined Crane Co., a manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, in October 2012 as Group President, Fluid Handling. From 2016 to 2019, Louis held the position of Senior Vice President with responsibility for three of Crane’s four reporting segments. Prior to joining Crane Co., Louis was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation. From 2000 to 2012, he held successive and increasing roles of global responsibility at Eaton, including General Manager, Electrical Group for North Asia based in China; and Managing Director of the Electrical Group based in Switzerland.
Louis is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He also holds a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Louis is the Lead Independent Director at Jacobs Solutions Inc., a business services company which provides consulting, technical, scientific and project delivery services. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Chicago Medical Center and MAPI (Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation); and he is a Member of the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Civic Club of Chicago, and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Robert J. Rehard
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Joined the Company in February 2015, as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer and became Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rehard was a Division Controller for Eaton Corporation and held several other financial leadership positions throughout his career with Baxter, Emerson, Masco and Cooper. Mr. Rehard started his career with Deloitte in Costa Mesa, California.
Hugo Dubovoy Jr.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Joined the Company in March 2024 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and assumed the role of Corporate Secretary in April 2024. In this role, Mr. Dubovoy serves as a principal advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management on governance, risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and enterprise‑level matters. He leads the Company’s global Legal, Trade Compliance, Government Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability, Risk Management, and Real Estate functions, with dotted‑line oversight of Environmental, Health & Safety and Corporate Security.
Mr. Dubovoy brings extensive leadership experience from Fortune 500 companies, including W.W. Grainger and Kimberly‑Clark, where he supported Boards of Directors and executive leadership teams on complex governance, regulatory, and strategic matters. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in private practice, serving as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and as a partner at Baker McKenzie, two leading global law firms. Mr. Dubovoy earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Loyola University Chicago and his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar.
Cheryl A. Lewis
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Joined the Company in March 2020, as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lewis served as Segment Director, Human Resources for Illinois Tool Works Inc. from 2010–2020. Prior to joining Illinois Tool Works Inc., Ms. Lewis was Vice President, Human Resources with Alcan Packaging from 2008–2010. From 1991–2008, she held successive and increasing roles of responsibility, including Vice President, Human Resources, at Panduit Corporation.
Brooke Lang
Executive Vice President & President, Power Efficiency Solutions
Joined the Company in July 2022 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Conveying and Power Management Division. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lang was the Vice President and General Manager of the Power Components Division with Eaton. Prior to this role, Mr. Lang held successive and increasing roles of responsibility with Eaton between 2008 and 2016, including Global Channel Marketing Manager, Director – Product Marketing, and as Vice President and General Manager Critical Power Solutions APAC. Mr. Lang began his career with Booz Allen Hamilton in Mclean, VA.
Mark Klossner
Executive Vice President & President, Industrial Powertrain Solutions
Mark Klossner joined Regal Rexnord in 2023 upon the acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion, and immediately assumed the role of Couplings Division SVP/GM. In 2024, Mr. Klossner’s scope of leadership was expanded to Group President of the Gearing and Couplings Divisions. Prior to the Altra Acquisition, Mr. Klossner served as President of Altra’s Gearing Division. He had previously served as President of the Couplings Division from 2008 to 2015 and as Managing Director at Altra’s UK-based Matrix International business unit from 2006 to 2008. Prior to the formation of Altra Industrial Motion and the acquisition of the Colfax Power Transmission Group, Mr. Klossner held various roles within the Marketing and operations organizations starting in 2004. Before joining Altra, Mr. Klossner advanced through a series of engineering and product management roles with Kulicke and Soffa, Inc., a manufacturing of semiconductor assembly and test equipment. Mr. Klossner earned an M.B.A. and Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering.
Kevin Long
Executive Vice President & President, Automation and Motion Control
Joined the Company in August 2025 as Executive Vice President & President, Automation and Motion Control. Before joining the Company, Mr. Long spent ten years at Dover Corporation in number of leadership roles, most recently as Group President of OPW, a global business serving the fluid handling, clean energy, cryogenics, and car wash markets. Under his leadership, OPW grew significantly through a combination of organic execution and accretive acquisitions. Prior to Dover, Mr. Long held several senior leadership roles at Danaher Corporation over a ten-year period, including general management and global staff roles, where he helped drive growth, operational synergies and global scalability across multiple business units.
Justin D. Baier
Senior Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
Joined the Company in February 2020 as Vice President, Business Development & Strategy. Prior to this, Justin held leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Fortive, including most recently as Vice President of Strategic Development. He also spent time with Whirlpool as the Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development. Prior to Whirlpool, Justin spent seven years with the Boston Consulting Group focused on advising multinational corporations on organic and inorganic growth strategy. He began his career with KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Yvette Henry
Senior Vice President, Strategic Sourcing
Joined the Company in October 2022, as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Henry was the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Kennametal. Prior to this role, Ms. Henry served as Segment Director, Sourcing at Illinois Tool Works from 2014-2020. Ms. Henry has over 20 years of global sourcing and supply chain experience in the medical technology, automotive and personal care industries. Ms. Henry held various procurement and operations roles at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), Ford Motor Company and the Gillette Company. She started her career at Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Tim Dickson
Senior Vice President, Chief Digital & Information OfficerPrior to joining the Company, Mr. Dickson was the Chief Information Officer at Generac Power Systems. Prior to that, he held successive and increasing roles of responsibility such as Interim Chief Information Officer and Strategic Technology Consultant for Astreya, as well as Vice President, Digital Business Platform with Laureate International Universities, Vice President, IT Operations – Digital Innovation & Strategy with Motorola Solutions, and Divisional CIO, Emerging Technologies and User Experience with Dell. Mr. Dickson began his career with IBM in the Raleigh-Durham area.
