Regal Beloit Corporation has changed its legal name to Regal Rexnord Corporation. Regal Power Transmission Solutions (PTS) and Rexnord Process & Motion Control (PMC) are now part of the Motion Control Solutions business segment. The remaining Regal Rexnord business segments include: Commercial Systems, Climate Solutions and Industrial Systems. Note that Regal Rexnord Corporation’s global subsidiaries (e.g., Regal Beloit America, Inc. and Rexnord Industries, LLC), will not be changing their legal names at this time (although changes may be implemented in the future for consistency with the “Regal Rexnord” name). If any changes are made to subsidiary legal names in the future, notification will be provided in advance.
Where will Motion Control Solutions be Headquartered?
The headquarters for Motion Control Solutions (MCS) will be in Milwaukee, WI. However, Regal Rexnord is committed to the Florence, KY location. There will continue to be leadership in both locations. In addition, we are always assessing our office locations and manufacturing footprint to ensure our locations fit our ongoing strategy.
What is the status of the Rexnord Water Management business?
The Rexnord Water Management business was not included within the scope of this transaction. Rexnord Corporation will change its name to Zurn Water Solutions (NYSE: ZWS). To learn more go to zurnwatersolutions.com.

Are there planned changes to the respective Product/Brand Portfolios?
There are no planned product or brand portfolio changes at this time. We will evaluate our combined portfolio and should changes be required in the future; notification will be provided in advance. Regal Rexnord has many strong brands, and we plan to maintain these brands as we move forward.
What changes to Pricing should I expect on Day 1?
Customer pricing/agreements will remain independent between Regal & Rexnord on Day 1. Special pricing requests will follow current state processes on both sides. Should changes be required in the future, notification will be provided in advance.
Will existing Commercial Contracts be terminated on Day 1 and replaced by a new contract under Regal Rexnord or will the current contract be followed until it expires?
Existing commercial contracts will be honored in accordance with their terms, and any changes proposed will be reviewed accordingly with our customers.
If my company is fully Authorized for the purchase of Rexnord product, will it be fully authorized for Regal as well? And vice versa?
At this point in time, product authorizations remain independent with Rexnord and Regal teams, and are not dual authorized. As part of the integration, we will be reviewing these authorizations to determine any potential changes in the future.
Will Regal PTS and Rexnord PMC Terms and Conditions of Sale change as a result of this transaction?
There are currently no changes to existing Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should changes be required in the future, notification will be provided in advance.
Will existing Product Warranties be impacted as a result of this merger?
There are currently no planned changes impacting existing Product Warranties. Should changes be required in the future, notification will be provided in advance.
How with this transaction impact my Preferred Distribution Network?

Will there be Staffing Changes (Sales Team and/or Customer Care Team) that might affect me?

The sales teams are consolidated under one commercial leader and we will continue to evolve our organization to best support our customers as a combined business. Will my assigned Rexnord (PMC) / Regal (PTS) Sales Representative Contact change?

Will the Regal PTS and Rexnord PMC Email Addresses change?
Email address structures will change. The new structure is: [email protected] If you inadvertently send something to the old email domains, we will still receive the information, but you should update contact information accordingly to prevent any future issue in receiving communications.
Will customer Account Numbers stay the same?

Will the current Website and e-Commerce portals change?
regalbeloit.com will change to regalrexnord.com. E-Commerce portals (E-Link and Rexnord.com) will not change in the near term, but review of longer term plans will continue to better serve our customers. The new regalrexnord.com will have an integration landing page with news and FAQs for customers and associates. All brands will be displayed here. Formerly branded Rexnord product links will route to rexnord.com, while formerly branded Regal PTS products will remain on regalrexnord.com.
Will the Customer Care Teams of both companies be consolidated into one? If yes, when will the consolidation be completed?
