The Charitable Foundation has a philanthropic focus on supporting 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations which provide services related to four main areas:
United Way
Regal Rexnord will be a fundamental supporter of the United Way. The United Way fights for health, education and financial stability of every person in every community, aligning well with Regal Rexnord’s mission to create a better tomorrow. As a result, Regal Rexnord will encourage and support Corporate campaigns, United Way Days of Caring and other financial or volunteer initiatives sponsored by the United Way.

Health and Human Services
Regal Rexnord will support organizations that support the health and wellness of all and provide essential human services for children, families and the local communities.
Education
Regal Rexnord will support organizations which provide educational opportunities and experiences which help to develop both children and adults.
Civic and Disaster Relief
Regal Rexnord will provide financial support for local infrastructure and other community needs as they arise.
Regal Rexnord will give preference to supporting those charities who qualify for one of the four categories above and have a Regal Rexnord associate directly involved and/or on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit organization.
2018 Spend By Support Areas
Regal’s Charitable Foundation does not support political organizations, religious organizations or organizations that discriminate based on a person’s race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status or other characteristic(s) protected by law.
