C-frame shaded pole motors (sometimes called Skeleton Motors) are a type of fractional horsepower, small, single phase induction motors that powers fans and blowers. These shaded-pole motors are the most economical means of providing rotational motion. Due to the simplicity of its construction, they can be configured to fit most any mounting arrangement.
