MTGR Gear Couplings
The Jaure® MTGR gear coupling is an excellent value solution for demanding applications such as cement, metals, dredging, cranes, hoists, mining and minerals. The coupling’s innovative design provides increased bore and torque capacity, reducing mass for easier, faster installation.

- Available in 16 sizes with a minimum bore size of 150 mm and a maximum bore size of 1200 mm
- Innovative design improves bore and torque capacity, resulting in an average reduction of one coupling size
- Available in alloy or carbon steel
- Mass reduction makes coupling easier to handle and reduces time needed to heat components during installation. Average time savings is 3 to 6 hours depending on coupling size
- Torque range of 265...18,500 kNm
- Accommodates 1/2° of misalignment
