End caps offer excellent protection against high-pressure wash down. They can be used to reduce bearing moisture contact. They can also provide personal protection in order to conform with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
Take Up Frames
Take-up frames allow for adjustment and alignment of conveyor assemblies allowing for proper tension of the conveyor belt. These frames contain a positioning screw that adjusts the bearing assembly location along the frame. Center pull and top mount frame designs are available.

The Sealmaster® next generation Skwezloc Concentric Locking Collar has been redesigned to accommodate “Commercial” Turned and Polished (T&P) shaft tolerances with improved lock reliability of T&P shaft tolerances.
PN Gold™ Mounted Ball Bearings
Sealmaster® PN Gold™ Mounted Ball Bearings feature a high-performance seal, 316 stainless steel or high strength composite housings, in many housing and locking styles and are certified IP69K. These are useful for wash down applications where corrosion resistance is critical.
SS Gold™ Mounted Ball Bearings
Sealmaster® SS Gold™ Mounted Ball Bearings feature a 316 passivated stainless housing, 440C inner and outer rings, and a high-performance triple-lip seal. These bearings provide superior resistance to corrosion and contamination, while also extending product longevity and rotary life. The bearings are rated to IP69K specifications meaning the bearings are dust-tight and can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure washdowns.
USRB Klamploc Spherical Adapter Lock
The Sealmaster® unitized spherical roller bearing is now available with the Klamploc™ tapered adapter lock. The Klamploc tapered adapter lock design reduces installation complexities versus standard designs and improves clamping force.
