ModSort efficiently handles polybags, delivers unlimited motion control and is a quiet, safe and low maintenance system. It’s designed to solve a range of increasingly challenging conveyor movement problems such as transferring, diverting, scanning and package sorting. The station can divert on the fly or stop and divert at a true 90-degree angle, and eliminates the need for a lift, pneumatics, or Z-direction position feedback devices, improving employee safety. It can also help to achieve energy savings from 50-60% when integrated with a motorized roller-based system.
