Regal Rexnord offers the broadest portfolio of high-performance disc and diaphragm coupling solutions for general purpose, ANSI, API-610, and API-671 applications in the turbomachinery and petrochemical industries.
The Ameridrives Ameriflex™ high-performance diaphragm coupling was introduced to the market in 1971. This multiple convoluted diaphragm coupling is designed to meet the specifications of API-671 and is a technically advanced coupling solution for a wide range of critical turbomachinery including GE LM series Aeroderivative gas turbines. The Ameriflex coupling is a direct bolt up to the gas turbine PTO, providing the best overhung moment, and is used on 99% of LM6000, 90% of LM2500, and 99% of LMS100 applications.
We continue to support the industry through our High-Performance Coupling Recertification Service. As part of our recertification service, our well-trained technicians, sales team, and engineering staff work seamlessly from tear down and inspection, to quote and repair, bringing your couplings back to original form along with the same warranty as a new coupling. Replacement parts including balanced fastener sets and shims for all Ameridrives aeroderivative couplings are available through our MRO and Service departments.
