1. Applicant Privacy Notice
In applying to join the Regal Rexnord team, you will be providing us with certain personal data about yourself. This document sets out how Regal Rexnord Corporation, which includes its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates (collectively, “Regal Rexnord” or “we”) will process this data and comply with the various laws to which Regal Rexnord is subject. We initially select applicants using a manual selection process, considering appropriate experience and skills for the job. If you are selected to work at Regal Rexnord, we will collect other personal data subject to the appropriate employee policies.
2. Who are we?
Your personal data is processed by the Regal Rexnord company you apply to, and this company will be the entity (or data controller) responsible for processing your data. We may pass your data between other Regal Rexnord group companies for the purpose of your recruitment selection.
3. What personal data may we collect about you and why?
As part of your recruitment process, we may collect the following information from or about job applicants:
- Identifiers, including full name, contact information (e.g., personal and/or business address, personal and/or business phone/fax numbers, email addresses), username and password (if using an applicant portal), citizenship/residency information, age (to the extent necessary); marital status, religious belief (if voluntarily provided by you);
- Certain categories of sensitive information and data (to the extent permitted by applicable law), including facial photographs (if voluntarily provided by you), Characteristics of Protected Classifications (as defined under the CCPA), including gender, ethnicity, nationality, disability information, and military and veteran status (each only to the extent voluntarily provided by you with your express consent);
- Professional or employment-related information, including languages spoken and skills, software experience, professional memberships, summaries of strengths and technical areas of expertise, pre-company work history information (e.g., previous employers and positions held, dates, locations, supervisors, responsibilities, salary), resume and cover letter information, references and information obtained from them, and related background check (to the extent permitted, and in accordance with applicable law);
- Education information, including education, and certificates and degrees obtained; and
- Other information, including any other information reasonably necessary for us to carry out our legal or regulatory obligations.
Unless permitted by applicable law, we do not conduct any vetting of applicants aside from ascertaining an applicant’s suitability for the role and legal ability to work. When we do perform additional vetting, you will be notified and, if legally required, asked to consent to the further collection and use of your data before we or our agents undertake such vetting. In relation to the results of criminal records checks, we assess your suitability for the position in accordance with local law requirements. If you do not provide us the necessary information, we may not be able to process your application.
4. Where do we collect your personal data from?
Where permitted, we may collect your personal data from you or from third parties such as our business partners, your references, your educational institutions, accreditation agencies, credit reference, anti-fraud agencies, sanctions and politically exposed person screening lists, and public registers.
5. On what basis will we assess your application?
We will assess your application on the basis of your suitability to the advertised role and your legal ability to work. If we conduct any automated selection process for applicants, we will inform you before doing so.
6. What legal basis do we have for using your personal data?
We process your personal data in order to assess your application prior to entering into an employment relationship with us and pursuant to laws to which Regal Rexnord is subject. We may also process your personal data to comply with Regal Rexnord’s legal obligations, to handle any legal claims, and to achieve a legitimate interest and our reasons for using it outweigh any prejudice to your data protection rights. For example, we may compile statistics regarding applicants for our own internal uses.
7. Who do we share your personal data with?
Where reasonably necessary or required to do so, we may disclose your personal data to third parties to process your application, to comply with or conduct investigations, to conduct pre-employment checks, to handle legal claims, and as otherwise required by law or law enforcement. We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties: our agents, including our service providers, regulators, law enforcement, our business partners, our affiliates, your references, your educational institutions, accreditation agencies, credit references, background check agencies, and anti-fraud agencies. We will not sell your personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration to any third parties.
If we undergo a sale, merger, or reorganization, we may need to transfer some or all of your personal data to a third party or its advisors as part of any due diligence process for the purpose of analyzing the proposed sale, merger, or reorganization or after the sale, merger, or reorganization for the same purposes as set out in this Applicant Privacy Notice.
8. When do we send your personal data abroad?
We hold your personal data principally in the country in which you apply for a role. However, it is sometimes necessary for us to provide details about your application to our other Regal Rexnord group companies situated in other countries, such as the United States. If we send your personal data outside of the country in which you applied, we will ensure that such transfers comply with applicable law. 9. How long do we keep your personal data for?
We keep records of your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained them and any other permitted linked purposes unless otherwise required by applicable law. We will ask you if we want to keep your details on file for the purposes of further job opportunities if your application is not successful.
10. How do we secure your personal data?
We are very concerned with the security of your personal data and take great care in providing secure transmission of your data. Unfortunately, no data transmission (both over the Internet or otherwise) can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you provide to us. Once we receive your data, we take appropriate steps that we believe are reasonable to protect the security of your data on our system, both internally and from outsiders, and to ensure the integrity of the data we collect. We use a combination of technological and policy methods to protect this data.
11. What are your rights in relation to the personal data we collect?
Depending on where you are located and the country in which you apply for a position, you may have certain rights in relation to the personal data we collect about you. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to:
- receive further details on how we use and process your personal data;
- receive a copy of your personal data that we hold;
- update any inaccuracies in the personal data we hold;
- request we delete personal data we no longer have grounds to process;

Your Consent To Use Electronic Records and Signatures
From time to time, Regal Rexnord Corporation and its affiliates or agents (collectively, “we”, “us” or “Company”) may provide you with certain notices, disclosures, or contracts, some of which are required by law to be “in writing.” The federal E-SIGN Act and certain state laws allow us to provide you these written notices, disclosures, or contracts electronically with your consent. These laws also allow the use of electronic signatures. Described below are the terms and conditions for providing you such notices, disclosures, or contracts electronically, as well as to use electronic signatures. This consent solely relates to electronic records or signatures associated with any consents, authorizations, disclosures, and acknowledgments used during any post-job application hiring processes and/or employment relationship with Regal Rexnord Corporation (collectively, “Electronic Records”). We reserve the right to provide you notices, disclosures, or contracts in paper form, even if you have consented to receive Electronic Records.

Right To Have Records Provided On Paper
At any time, you may request from us paper copies of any Electronic Records at no cost to you. You may request delivery of paper copies by contacting [email protected]. Additionally, during/following your signing session, you may have the ability to print your Electronic Records using the print function(s) of your web browser or computer operating system.
Right To Withdraw Your Consent To Receive Electronic Records; Consequences of Not Consenting to Sign Electronically
If you agree to receive Electronic Records, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and at no cost to you. You must inform us of your decision by contacting [email protected]. If you decide to withdraw your consent, your withdrawal will be prospective and will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of any document electronically-signed prior to the implementation of your requested withdrawal.
If you refuse or withdraw your consent to sign electronically, or to receive Electronic Records, it may slow down the speed with which you receive documents or information from Regal Rexnord Corporation. If this occurs during the conditional offer or onboarding stages, it may delay your ability to complete necessary steps of those stages. Depending on the needs of Regal Rexnord Corporation business, and in Regal Rexnord Corporation sole discretion, any refusal or withdrawal of consent to sign electronically or receive Electronic Records may result in Regal Rexnord Corporation denying you employment, withdrawing your conditional offer of employment, and/or ending the employment relationship.

17. Acknowledgement Of Your Access And Consent To Electronic Records
By consenting to use and/or receive Electronic Records and/or signatures, you agree that:
- You were able to read this electronic E-SIGN ACT DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT.
- You were able to print on paper or electronically save this agreement for your future reference or you were able to email this disclosure to an address where you will be able to print on paper and save it for future reference.
- You have an active email address on file with Company and confirm that you have the hardware and/or software described above.
- Until you notify Company as described above, you consent to receive electronically any records, notices, agreements or disclosures made to you by Company during the course of your relationship with Company.
