We are focused on launching new products, services and initiatives to help our customers do more and make it easy to do business with us. In your recent feedback, you indicated you like our durable products, our engaged Customer Care Specialists and our skillful District Sales Managers.
To start, we are thrilled about our strides in IOT through our Perceptiv™ intelligence brand. Listen in on how we are applying these insights to power product enhancements in our podcast, “How Hardware, Software and ‘Humanware’ Can Increase Efficiency”. We also just launched our new Tag-It Program along with our wireless monitoring capabilities. This new asset management program streamlines MRO inventory and can save maintenance teams hours of time.
We’ve also been busy adding to our mechanical portfolio to bring you more of the products you like. Learn about these new, innovative additions in Part II of our series on “Products That Make It Easy”.
Like you, we are devoted to providing documented savings and helping our customers improve total cost of ownership. Recently, we worked with a distributor to save a warehouse distribution business over $300,000! Watch the video.
You also told us you want improved product availability, faster response times and updates on shipment information. In addition to our Availability Program, we are providing proactive shipment and custom order management for several customers on select products.
Plus, we’ve added many new features to our website to give you quick, easy access to the information you need when you need it. Our website is brimming with enhanced product information including 3D CAD drawings, faceted search to quickly find needed product information and high resolution, 360 spin images.
Earlier this year, Regal Rexnord launched a new tool for distributors called the Product Information Portal (PIP). PIP is a license based self-service tool containing product attributes, images, and other enhanced content for the full portfolio of Regal Rexnord products.
