Statutory Notices

Regal Rexnord does not require applicants or Associates to submit to lie detector tests, but by law, we are required to state the following:

Maryland: Under Maryland law, an employer may not require or demand, as a condition of employment, prospective employment, or continued employment, that an individual submit to or take a polygraph examination or similar test. An employer who violates this law is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not exceeding $100.

Massachusetts: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.

Asia Pac – Job Application

Compliance and violation

In accordance with the law, regulations and company policy, Regal Rexnord explicit the following listed mandatory requirements, if you violate any part of the content, Regal Rexnord deserve the right not to hire or immediately terminate your employment and/or labor relationship:

Regal Rexnord does not hire a candidate under age of 18 and/or who has not formally terminated a labor relationship with his/her previous employer and/or who is in the course of an proceeding.

The Applicant should not commit false, concealment or fraud when applying for the job, including, but not limited to providing false personal information or qualifications;
Or, concealment of his/her ineligibility for the recruitment conditions;
Or, concealment of information about any agreement with his/her former employer containing non-competition or similar restrictive terms;
Or, the Applicant refuses to cooperate with Regal Rexnord with respect to the payment of social insurance and housing fund (including, without limitation, refusing to provide necessary personal data or documents for the payment of social insurance and housing fund);
Or, the Applicant refuses to enter into an employment agreement;

Or, the Applicant should, as Regal Rexnord unilaterally decides, sign a confidentiality agreement or an agreement on conflicts of interest, but you do not agree to sign.
