Rexnord™ Curve System with 1540 Series MatTop™ Chain
The Rexnord Curve System with 1540 MatTop Chain is one of the latest offerings from Regal Rexnord, created for conveyor lines requiring a zero tangent 180 or 90-degree curve. The system is made to maximize space while maintaining product orientation throughout the curve. The Curve System has the tightest inner radius (420 mm) and smallest transfer (15 mm) in the industry. This keeps product packaging intact, protecting your brand.
The cohesive design of the Rexnord Curve System enables head-to-tail transfer of even small and light cases without the need for micro-pitch conveyors, transfer modules or plates. The consistent small nose radius eliminates the need for roller transfer bars by creating a safe, small gap between the Curve System and the adjacent conveyor, which in turn provides more flexibility in handling of various conveyor types when changing lines.
The Curve System is designed to not only optimize performance, but also make maintenance easier, which improves uptime and provides flexibility in line design.

Drop-In Solution
The Rexnord Curve System has a balanced system design that offers a drop-in solution for the needs of all 90-and 180-degree zero tangent curves in every case-handling line. The design of the curve system removes the need for roller transfer plates for packaged and individual containers by using a small nose over and modular chains.
Saving Space in Each Line
With a starting inner radius of420mm, which is 30% less than the other market solutions, the Rexnord Curve System gives customers the ability to save space in their facility wherever curves are implemented. This helps to optimize space and minimize the footprint of each line.
Consistent Product Orientation
To ensure consistency in product orientation, the Rexnord Curve System with 1540 MatTop Chain operates using multiple 84mm tracks of 15mm pitch modular plastic belting. This guarantees an easy conveying experience for small and large case packs by ensuring the package rotates without change in orientation down the line.
Transfer plates are no longer necessary to successfully transfer all package sizes when exiting the curve because of the combined use of consistent small nose over and the same angular speed of the chain. The Rexnord Curve System can also handle single containers without a transfer roller plate by using standard 1500 series nose over bars.
Simplified for Easier Maintenance
The simplified design of the Rexnord Curve System makes maintenance and replacing the chain much easier for customers compared to other market solutions.
It requires minimum bearings to keep the chain tracking appropriately, and has a consistent nose-overable system and ULF curves paired with 1540 MatTop chain that saves hours of installation and maintenance time with just a simple lift of each chain module.
