Solution Type
The variable speed LEESON® DC motor was paired with a controller. The controller broke up the sine wave generated by the motor. This combination assured the right amount of pressure to be released within the sprayer.
The sensors within the sprayer detect pressure drops, causing the motor to start up, maintaining the required amount of pressure to continuously apply paint evenly. Additionally, dependable LEESON DC motors provide necessary uptime.
