The following are Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Regal Rexnord purchase orders placed October 4, 2021 and later and for Regal purchase orders placed prior to October 4, 2021. They are incorporated by reference in and apply to purchased orders placed in those time frames, subject to exceptions that may be noted in the purchase orders.
Supplement 1 to Regal Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase - US Government Clauses for Orders under US Government Contracts
Applicable to Orders issued under prime contracts with the U.S. Government or subcontracts at any tier under U.S. Government contracts. The version of the clause listed in Supplement 1 in effect on the date of the particular Order shall apply.
Note regarding the October 2021 merger of Regal Beloit Corporation and Rexnord Corporation:
Regal Beloit Corporation and Rexnord Corporation merged effective October 4, 2021 (the “Merger Date”) to form Regal Rexnord Corporation. This note indicates generally which standard terms and conditions apply to purchase orders placed by any of (a) Regal Rexnord Corporation and its affiliates, (b) Regal Beloit Corporation and its affiliates prior to Merger Date, and (c) Rexnord Corporation and affiliates prior to the Merger Date. Exceptions may apply.
Revision October 2021 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Revision October 2021 of Supplement 1, both posted above, apply to purchase orders placed by United States operations of Regal Rexnord Corporation or its affiliates on and after the Merger Date.
Earlier revisions posted on this page apply to purchase orders placed by Regal Beloit Corporation or its affiliates prior to the Merger Date.
