Motor Minute™ Technical Tip – Genteq® Evergreen® Product Support

Hi, Chris from Regal Rexnord here with your Motor Minute technical tip. Helping you become an HVAC motor pro one minute at a time.

In this month’s tech tip, I am going to talk about Evergreen® product support.

In an effort to help you get the job done with the correct motor the first time, we have built some valuable tools into the design of our Evergreen product line cartons.

On the side of the Evergreen motor box is an application chart to help confirm the motor you select is the correct motor you need based on what you are replacing.

At the bottom of the application chart is a QR code that will take you directly to a technical support site, specifically for that motor. If for any reason the QR code is unreadable, you can also enter the URL to get to the same place.

Using the camera on your smart phone, hover over the QR code until the link pops up, then select the link. Now you are at the tech support page for the motor you scanned, which in this case is the Evergreen EM motor.

In each motor’s specific technical support page, you will find installation videos to help you install the motor and get the job done.

Below the videos is an application section showing you the motors this product replaces.

If you don’t see the motor you are replacing, you can scroll down to the Evergreen Motor Selection Guide to find the correct motor for your application.

Below the Evergreen Motor Selection Guide you will find a link to download the Dealer Toolbelt (DTB) App .

With the DTB app on your device, you have access to these Evergreen technical support tools.
