In this segment of motor minute, I would like to introduce you to the Evergreen VS optimizer tool.

The Evergreen VS optimizer tool is a support tool for the Evergreen VS user interface. The optimizer is one of the many valuable tools in the Dealer Toolbelt app.

The Evergreen VS optimizer tool is not required to replace the millions of variable speed 16-pin motors built over the last 30 years. In fact, the Evergreen VS user interface is pre-programmed with default airflow and delay settings that make it simple to install. If airflow needs to be adjusted, there are two simple buttons on the user interface.

However, the Evergreen VS optimizer tool offers techs the ability to do much more. The user interface has built in WIFI that allows the optimizer tool on your smart phone to utilize some valuable features.

With horsepower optimization you can stock fewer motors. For example, the 1 HP motor can be set up to operate at 3/4, 1/2 or 1/3 HP. Changing rotation is just as easy. These features not only make the Evergreen VS motor a great replacement option but also a versatile emergency replacement option for in-warranty OEM ECM motors that are not readily available.

Designed with your valuable time in mind, you can also adjust airflow, while the motor is running, while you are measuring airflow. This means no more turning the equipment off to make a motor adjustment just so you can take your airflow measurements again.
