View Order Shipments

This section allows you to view shipments for your account. To access you must be logged into your account within eCommerce.

Information available in search results:

Orders

1. Date Selection

Click in drop down box to select date range and select last number of days required (1.a.).

If select Custom, calendar will appear to select date range (1.b.).

Click on Order number to see details (1.c.)

2. Invoice Number

If you want to search using "Invoice" option (2.a.), there are following choices (2.b.):

Is Exactly : Select this option if you have the exact Invoice Number.
Starts With: Select this if you have the starting few digits of your Invoice Number.
Includes: Select this if you have any digit of your Invoice Number.

Choose any of the above and click on "Search".

3. Purchase Order Number

If you want to search using "Purchase Order Number" option (3.a.), there are following choices (3.b.):

Is Exactly : Select this option if you have the exact Order Number.
Starts With: Select this if you have the starting few digits of your Order Number.

Choose any of the above and click on "Search"

PO number

4. Order Number

Order Number refers to the Regal Order Number. There are following option under this:

If you want to search using "Order#" option (4.a.), there are following choices (4.b.):

Is Exactly : Select this option if you have the exact Order Number.
Starts With: Select this if you have the starting few digits of your Order Number.
Includes: Select this if you have any digit of your Order Number

Choose any of the above and click on "Search".
