Regal Rexnord’s Power Efficiency Solutions business segment is excited to announce the launch of Near Field Communication (NFC) and backward compatibility mechanical features on our flagship Commercial Refrigeration HILO^™ product.

NFC offers a low cost, easy to use motor programmability option to change speeds and direction of rotation of the motor. It facilitates SKU reduction potential for customers that otherwise use multiple SKUs via combinations of a motor and blades to deliver varying levels of air flow requirements for different applications. With NFC, a single fan pack or motor SKU can be reprogrammed to different speeds/directions of rotation and thereby can deliver varying airflow requirements for different applications.

Multiple optional product accessories are now available for HILO^TM motors to allow seamless integration into OEM equipment and Aftermarket retrofit applications. Specifically, we now have 5 hole back covers, side mount brackets, x wing brackets, and hubs for NA blades available globally, immediately.
