Tuflite Bearings

Tuflite™ filament wound bearings are the original non-metallic, self-lubricating, composite bearing and are designed for the specific demands of commercial and military aerospace, naval, military land vehicle, and space applications.

Manufactured under an AS9100D certified quality system, Tuflite bearings are available in catalog straight sleeve and flanged sleeve bearing configurations, as well as thrust washers, annular bearings, and custom bearing designs. There is also a line of Tuflite bearings qualified to AS85560, the general specification for fiber reinforced plastic, self-lubricating plain and flanged sleeve bearings. They are used anywhere from the depths of the ocean to the vacuum of outer space, operating at dynamic loads up to 30,000 psi and in temperature ranges from cryogenic to 325F.
