Global Supplier Requirements Manual (SRM)
This Supplier Requirements Manual (SRM) sets forth requirements and expectations applicable to any Supplier of Regal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”). A Supplier is any entity or party providing products and/or services to Regal Rexnord, including but not limited to materials, components, parts, production parts and assemblies, service parts and assemblies, heat treating services, painting services, other manufacturing operations or services, whether as a direct or indirect provider of such products or services (hereafter “Supplier”). References in this SRM to ‘Regal Rexnord’ means Regal Rexnord Corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates, owned or controlled by any of its Regal Rexnord Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, and its business segments and units, anywhere in the world, as reflected in the applicable purchase agreement or purchase order (the “Contract”)Purpose

Regal Rexnord monitors the corrective actions throughout a Global 8D hosted software solution application that allows individuals and teams to create, request, review, and report on problem solving efforts using the proven Global 8D methodology.
Regal Rexnord APQP-PPAP Requirements
Regal Rexnord is committed to continuous improvement of its product and process characteristic capability to remain an industry leader. Regal Rexnord requires all suppliers to have a documented Change Management Policy in place and procedure that defines what constitutes a change and what should be done for an unplanned and planned change and what approvals are required before a change is implemented. This policy and procedure should be available for review or provide upon request by Regal Rexnord. Each supplier must work collaboratively with Regal Rexnord to identify and implement product and process changes should be provided continuously improving the value of its products and its product-related processes.
