Evergreen® DS Motors
Replacement for Dual Shaft Induction Motors
The Evergreen® DS dual shaft motor easily replaces most permanent split capacitor (PSC) motors in modular building applications. Designed to replace direct drive, dual shaft induction motors found in HVAC indoor blower motor applications with forward curved (squirrel cage) blower wheels.

Motor mounts for Evergreen motors
The Evergreen DS motor can be mounted with a belly band or resilient ring mount.
If a new resilient mount is required, use a mount that fits the dimensions of this motor or use the FASCO® mount listed below.
The Evergreen DS motor is built with a NEMA®* 48 (5.6” diameter) frame for installation in a belly band mount. If the motor being replaced is the same frame size and the motor mount is a belly band mount, it can be reused to mount the Evergreen DS motor. If a new motor mount is required there are multiple Genteq® mounting kits available at HVAC distributors.
